Therapy is available in-person in the Lehi office, or online (telehealth) for clients located anywhere in Utah.
Phone consultation

Intake (first session)
$185 - 50 minutes
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what you’re hoping to get from therapy, and make a plan for your care.
Ongoing sessions
$160 - 50 minutes
Ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions are all priced at the same rate.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide you with a superbill. A superbill is like a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
You can talk to your insurance provider to see if you have out of network benefits, and ask if you can be reimbursed for therapy sessions. The insurance codes on your superbill will be one of the following: 90791 (first session), 90837 (individual therapy sessions), or 90847 (couples or family therapy). Please note that in order to be reimbursed by your insurance, you will need to carry a diagnosis, which will be listed on your superbill
