My approach to eating disorder treatment is based in the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating. I believe that every person deserves the best health care possible regardless of body size, shape, or weight. I am passionate about helping you learn to trust your body, and feel the joy of including all types foods in your life.

As you heal from your eating disorder, I can also help you address body image struggles, trauma, relationship problems, and other things in your life that could impact your recovery.
