Hi! I’m Jessica (she/her). I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist. If you’re struggling with an eating disorder, body image concerns, relationship problems, depression, or anxiety, I can help. You can meet with me in my office in Lehi, or online throughout Utah.

I’m the type of therapist who strives to be both gentle and direct. I will cheer for you and challenge you! Therapy is a place where I hope you’ll find genuine support and empathy, as well as opportunities to make meaningful changes.
